Faculty Promote Careers in Education

Department of Educational Theory, Policy, and Practice faculty members Jackie Bach and Thomasine Mencer (above) were invited to Crestworth Middle School to represent the field of education at the annual career day.

The event was designed to inform students about the various opportunities available to them and how they should prepare for future careers in occupations such as a nurse consultant, investigative reporter, law enforcement, sales, and veterinarian or positions within social and community organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs or Chambers of Commerce.
