MacGregor’s research focuses on the assessment of academic programs particularly on programs in higher education aimed toward integrating service-learning experiences into course content. Through a series of papers, MacGregor’s research reflects a commitment to developing deeper understanding of how the service-learning experience can be maximized and how the partnership between the community and the academy can be strengthened.
