College of Education Instructor Invited to Write Article on Hurricane Response

College of Education Instructor Noel Hammatt wrote a telling article for the American School Board Journal for its September 2006 issue dedicated to the rebuilding efforts in Gulf Coast schools after Hurricane Katrina. Hammatt also serves as the vice president of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board.
