Rebecca Owens received her PhD in higher education administration from the University of Georgia.
Owens is joining the Department of Educational Theory, Policy, and Practice as assistant to the department chair and instructor.
Owens’ research interests include college student development and student retention issues.
Owen’s teaching assignment is leadership in higher education.
