KIN 4501: Exercise Immunology and Endurance Sport

Marathon Training

A letter from Dr. Stewart:

This course allows me to combine my expertise in exercise immunology with my passion for endurance events. This will be a fun and exciting course, but you need to understand that it is a “real” class with evaluations and expectations. The primary goals of the course are to: 1) help you understand the core concepts of exercise immunology and 2) to provide the unique opportunity to apply these principles in a laboratory setting by performing standard physiological tests in your very own endurance training model – YOU.
