Faculty in the Division of Integrated Studies strive to achieve several key goals: the preparation of outstanding teachers; the facilitation of ongoing professional development for educators; the implementation of research programs designed to answer important, real-world questions regarding teaching and learning; and the shaping of educational leaders for the next generation. The division’s diverse programs offer a wide spectrum of courses that spans grade levels and content areas. They include undergraduate and graduate programs in art education, educational technology, gifted and talented education, reading education, and special education. The Division of Integrated Studies advocates, supports, and fosters an active community of highly competent educators who demonstrate leadership in their professional endeavors and steadfast dedication to their craft.
